‘Murder at Howard Johnsons’ by Stage Left

Stage Left Players will present the slapstick farce “Murder at the Howard Johnsons” for five performances over two consecutive weekends, beginning Friday, at Trinity Playhouse, 234 E. Lincoln Way, Lisbon. Tickets are $10 ($8 for students and seniors); go to stageleftplayers.org. Performances will take place at 7 p.m. Friday and Oct. 28 and 29; and 2 p.m. Sunday and Oct. 30 (there is no show this Saturday). The show, which stars, from left, Dan Hauter, Carly Ellis and John Diddle, looks in on three people in a bumbling love triangle who are determined to find passion even if it leads to murder. Bill Finley is the director.
