Seeking: Re-election as Mahoning County treasurer.

Residence: Struthers.

Education: Bachelor of science in business administration with a major in accounting and minors in economics and management and master’s in business administration from Youngstown State University.

Family: Sons, Daniel Jr. and Vincent.

Priorities: To continue to increase tax collections and collect and reduce delinquencies, use technology to give taxpayers more payment methods, responsibly increase the county’s investment portfolio and earn good returns on it, and use the county land bank to reduce the number of abandoned and blighted tax-delinquent structures.

Education: Boardman High School, MTC Training Center, Grossmont College, Trumbull Business College.

Employment: Licensed insurance agent.

Family: Husband, Sam Oliver; children, Courtney and Gianna Lucarell, Matthew and Andrew Day and Rachel Oliver.

Priorities: Producing accurate financial statements; increasing accountability for tax dollars; increasing electronic fund transfers; efficient management practices to provide accurate bills, payment agreements, daily balances and fund reconciliations; and reducing cost and creating value to acquire higher bond ratings and better investment opportunities.
