Caravellas celebrate 50th anniversary

YOUNGSTOWN

Tom and JoAnne Caravella of Ocala, Fla., formerly of Youngstown, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal and dinner Aug. 20 hosted by Tina Bury at her home in Liberty. A family celebration Aug. 21 at Firestone Park in Columbiana was hosted by Kathy Carella, their sister-in-law.

The family includes Nicale Caravella Pleasant of Ocala and a grandchild.

The couple were married Aug. 13, 1966, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Youngstown, where they are members.

Mrs. Caravella retired from Commercial Extrusion Products in Ocala, where she worked as a secretary.

Her husband was plant manager and also retired from Commercial Extrusion Products.
