City to discuss steam heating Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown City Council Buildings & Grounds Committee will meet at 3 p.m. Thursday on the sixth floor in the City Council caucus room, 26 S. Phelps St.

The topic of discussion will be a proposal for steam heating for city-owned buildings.
