The Bulldogs (19-2) swept the Tigers (13-8) as the Bulldigs got 13 kills, 18 assists and 11 digs each from Jensen Silbaugh and Annie Pavlansky. Pavlansky also had five blocks. Heather Lytle scored 11 points and Avrey Steiner had 11 digs for Lakeview. Cassie Murcko had 18 kills, six points and two aces for Howland. Faith Grant had 12 kills and two blocks for the Tigers, Julia Gray had 14 digs and Kathryn Summerfield had 14 assists. JV: Lakeview, 2-0.

Hubbard 3, Salem 1

SALEM

Addy Jarvis had 19 kills and 19 digs and Ruthie Sandberg scored 17 points, including seven aces, as the Eagles (13-7) beat the Quakers. Emily Krinos had 44 assists and Kristen Fahndrich added 17 digs for Hubbard.

Austintown Fitch 25-25-25, Cardinal Mooney 18-22-22

YOUNGSTOWN

The Falcons beat the Cardinals (9-12) in three sets. No statistics were reported for Fitch. Mooney’s Autumn DeSantis had 18 kills, Maria Pelini had 26 assists and Julia Giamboi had 17 digs.

Wellsville 25-25-25, South Range 14-13-19

BEAVER TOWNSHIP

Kiki Perry had 12 kills to lead all players while blocking four shots in a sweep for Wellsville (13-7). Peyton Davidson added seven kills and Regan Pierson racked up 34 assists for the Tigers. Codi Taylor had five kills and five digs for the Raiders (9-11) while Aurora Smith had seven kills. Ashley McKee had 29 assists in the loss.

Ursuline 25-25-25, East 8-12-12

YOUNGSTOWN

Linsday Bell had four kills and two digs while Tara Williams had three aces and two kills in Urusline’s romp over East. Juliana Kratzer added six digs and two aces for the Irish while Destiny Goodnight had four aces and five digs. Shamya Williams led the Panthers with 11 assists and two digs.

Garfield 25-25-25, LaBrae 22-15-9

Haylie Kiser had 17 digs while Morgan Meyer had fie kills for LaBrae. Danielle Douce had five blocks and Emily Kujala had 10 assists in the loss.

Kayla Adams had 10 kills while Kendyl Switzer had eight blocks and Kaylie Rowland picked up 13 digs for Bristol (14-6, 9-6 NAC). No statistics for Maplewood were reported.

Kaylin Burkey had 11 kills, nine digs and five aces in an easy win for the Spartans (12-8). Ashley Clark added 19 assists and five kills while Haley Blangero racked up seven kills. No statistics for Harding were reported.

COLUMBIANA

Eric Grantonic had two goals while Tim Chamberlin and Ben Burgess each scored once in Heartland Christian’s win. The Lions were also aided by a Leetonia own goal. Burgess and Sebastian Sharo each had one assist. Tommy Kornbau had a hat trick for Leetonia while Douglas Rhodes scored as well.

Hannah Ward scored twice while Mackenzie Johnston added another in a road win for the Red Dragons. Lily Sinopoli and Marissa Grande each scored for the Eagles.

YOUNGSTOWN

Taylor Tomlinson scored a hat trick while Adi Quattro added two more in the win. Jen Woodford and Tomlinson each had two assists while Gigi Hitchcock picked up one assist. Irish goalkeeper Jordyn Keneally had five saves in the shutout.

Canfield 4, Austintown Fitch 0

Hannah Stein scored twice while Anita Mancini and Chloe Kalina also beat the keeper for Canfield (14-0-1). Alana Petracci and Mancini each had an assist. Goalkeeper Lauren Slanker had two saves in the shutout. The Cardinals outshot the Falcons 15-2 in terms of shots on goal. JV: Canfield 2-0.

ASHTABULA TOWNSHIP

The Bulldogs (8-5-2) got two goals Laiken Maurer with 2 goals and single goals from Alena Argiro, Rachel Kurcon, Brianna Craig, Kailyn Brown and Rebekah Thomas. Poland had two assists each by Maggie Sebest and Jessica Miller and single assists from Laiken Maurer and Alexis Demain.

JEFFERSON

Malena Whitfield had two goals and Rachel Bendon had the other as the Indians and Falcons played to a draw. Girard goalie Hanna Jones had three saves. Goal scorers for Jefferson were not reported. The Falcons’ goalie — also not reported — made 21 saves.
