Kassandra Brady became the wife of Andrew Kornbau, both of Boardman, on Aug. 5. The bride is the daughter of Suzanne Hensel of North Bend, Ohio, and the late Gary L. Hensel Sr. The groom is the son of David and Anita Kornbau of Washingtonville, Ohio.

The couple were married during an evening ceremony at Fellows Riverside Gardens which was officiated by Danielle Forkapa. The reception followed at Cafe 422 in Boardman.

Mrs. Kornbau graduated from University of Cincinnati with a master’s degree in nursing, and is a nurse practitioner for Mercy Health, Youngstown. She is a captain in the U.S. Air Force Reserves.

Mr. Kornbau graduated from Youngstown State University with a master’s degree in education, and he is an English teacher at Struthers High School.

Olivia and Madelyn Brady, daughters of the bride, were the bridesmaids, and the groom’s sons, Drew and Luke Kornbau, served as the groomsmen.
