Scout troop will host popcorn sale

CANFIELD

Boy Scout Troop 25 of Canfield United Methodist Church will be selling scouting popcorn from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 15 and 16 at the Giant Eagle store in Colonial Plaza, 525 E. Main St. (Route 224).

Scouts will be selling the Pecatonica River Popcorn Brand to help fund their camping and other unit programs for the upcoming year.

Traditional yellow popcorn and microwave products will be available as well as flavored popcorn such as classic caramel, caramel with sea salt, cheddar cheese, mud puddles, sea salt splash, jalapeno cheese, peanut butter cup and kettle corn and combinations of Classic Trio, Cheese Lovers and Chocolate Lovers. The Ohio State, Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers tins also will be available. Gifts of popcorn can be sent to our military, their families and veterans’ organizations.
