Woman, 81, charged with OVI after driving into Austintown ditch

Officers arrested an 81-year-old woman for operating a vehicle while impaired after she drove into a ditch on Fitzgerald Avenue.

According to the report, Clara Rummel, 81, of Westchester Drive,  told officers she only had one beer, but couldn't remember from where.
