Tri-Gold Prime Time Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association will meet Wednesday at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. A social at 5: 30 p.m. will precede dinner at 6. The menu consists of Swiss steak, petit chicken cordon bleu, mashed potatoes, green beans in mushroom sauce, tossed salad, rolls, lemon delight, and tea or coffee. CLASSES

Western Reserve Amateur Radio Club will meet Oct. 18 for dinner and a meeting at Davidson’s Restaurant, 3636 Canfield Road, Canfield. Dinner will be at 6 p.m., and the meeting will follow at 7. GROUPS

Transcendental Interest Group will have its regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Park Vista North Lounge, 1310 Fifth Ave., Youngstown. The meeting will feature a deep relaxation exercise and guided visualization process. Participants can do this exercise sitting in a chair. For those who want to lie on the floor, take a mat or blanket. The group is for those interested in exploring the inner way of knowing. LIBRARY FRIENDS

Boardman Library Friends will meet at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the community room for refreshments. The program, ”Martha Washington,” will be presented at 10 by Elizabeth Clark.
