Downtown Youngstown street closed for three weeks beginning Friday

YOUNGSTOWN — Hazel Street between West Boardman and West Federal streets will be closed starting Friday, for about three weeks, for the demolition of the rear of the First Educators Investment Corp. building at 147 W. Federal St.

The work should take about three weeks. Pedestrians are urged by the city to use caution in and around the demolition site.
