Timmins parked the vehicle and the two entered a McDonald’s on Market Street in Youngstown. An officer approached them at the counter and detained them.

Hubbard is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Timmins is charged with three counts of drug abuse and burglary. They are in the county jail.
