She was found by a Canfield police dog, according to 21 WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner. Fire union dispute
WARREN
Warren city leaders and its firefighters’ union are at loggerheads over the city’s proposal to reduce the number of fire captains from six to three. Union leader John Jerina, believes the proposal is retaliatory because firefighters have not approved a new work agreement, 21 WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner, reported. The city says it would wait for three current captains to retire so there would be no layoffs or demotion in rank.
