Austintown JWL donates stuffed animals to police

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Greater Federation of Women’s Clubs Ohio Austintown Junior Women’s League donated more than 70 stuffed animals to the Youngstown Police Department. Officer Shawna-Cie Ott accepted the donation on behalf of the YPD’s Community Policing program. The animals will be used as “comfort bears” for children during an intervention or crisis.
