COOKIE WALKS
St. Joseph the Provider Cultural Society of Christ, the Good Shepherd Parish, is sponsoring a cookie walk Dec. 10 at the church, 633 Porter Ave., Campbell. Doors will open at 9 a.m.; the sale begins at 11 until sold out. Cookies will cost $8 per pound, and specialty cookies will cost $6 per dozen for clothespin cookies, maple twists, tarts and kiffles. Gently used decorations, lights, trees, mantle and table decorations, ornaments and musical ornaments will be available. Doughnuts, coffee, tea, pop, sloppy joes, hot dogs, chips and other food items also will be available.

Mahoning Valley Historical Society is hosting a Christmas Marketplace from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Tyler History Center, 325 W. Federal St., downtown Youngstown. The society is seeking holiday crafters, cookie bakers, candy makers and vendors. The show will be a combination of handmade artisan crafts and a traditional cookie walk. TRIPS
Jesus the Key Ministries and Men of Faith, the producers of Men’s Rally in the Valley, will host a bus trip to Lancaster, Pa., on Dec. 6 and 7. The trip will include “Samson,” a Christmas concert at American Music Theatre and a meal at the dinner theater, the Dutch Apple. This trip also will provide time for sightseeing and shopping.
