Quarter auction for animal sanctuary

A quarter auction to raise money for Birds in Flight wildlife sanctuary will begin at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Saxon Club, 710 S. Meridian Road. There will be more than 80 prizes and door prizes. Birds In Flight, located in Howland, is licensed by U.S. Fish and Wildlife and the Ohio Division of Wildlife and is wholly dependent on donations from the public. Its goal is to heal and release animals.
