WILLIAMSPORT, Pa.

A man has been charged in the Halloween night shooting deaths of a mother and her adult son in their central Pennsylvania home.

Twenty-four-year-old Jordan Rawls of Williamsport was arraigned Friday night in Lycoming County on criminal homicide, conspiracy, robbery and firearms charges.

Williamsport police allege that 50-year-old Kristine Kibler and 25-year-old Shane Wright were shot during an attempted robbery. Another suspect is being sought.

A third man cooperating with police said he drove the two armed suspects to the home and heard two shots. Wright was found dead and Kibler died at a hospital.

Rawls told the judge that he is on probation after serving a two-year armed robbery term in Philadelphia. Court documents don’t list a defense attorney and a listed number for him couldn’t be found Saturday.
