Want to talk with Mayor McNally? You can for five minutes Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — The monthly “Five Minutes with the Mayor” will be Tuesday, starting at 5 p.m., in Mayor John A. McNally’s office, first floor of city hall, 26 S. Phelps St.

People are invited to meet with the mayor and discuss issues or concerns for up to five minutes with him.
