Students selected to participate in role model luncheon
SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR East Palestine Middle School fifth- and sixth-graders participated in the positive role model luncheon “Bulldog Pride is Something to Bark About” on Oct. 21. To be selected for the program, students completed a form to nominate their high school role model of choice including reasons why they chose that student, how they can learn from that student and how they can be role models to others. The school hosts three role model events throughout the year. The high school students selected to participate are unique in their abilities and activities, with nominations including student-athletes, band members, cheerleaders and motocross competitors. Middle school students participating in the event, in front from left, are Jordan Adams, Harleigh Bishop, Hannah Cunningham, Weston Jones, Ryan Rosen, Sam Harding, Laredo Cienik and Richard Puckett. High school students chosen for this event, in back, are Jared Lambright, Alexis Cunningham, Andy Cunningham, Dominic Posey, Parker Sherry, Blair Nulf and Seth McLaughlin.
