Four Square Block Watch meeting is Thursday night

YOUNGSTOWN — The Four Square Block Watch will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday at Greater Friendship Baptist Church, 646 Lakewood Ave. Councilman Julius Oliver, D-1st, and Joe Moran, a community police officer, will be in attendance.
