ELECTION RESULTS | Absentee ballots show Warren income tax passing

WARREN — An unofficial tally of 5560 absentee ballots shows a half-percent income tax increase passing with 52.14 percent of the absentee vote. The tax bump is projected to generate between $3.5 million and $4 million annually.
