AUCTIONS

St. John Orthodox Church Fellowship Hall, 3180 Morefield Road, Hermitage, Pa., will be the location of a basket auction Nov. 20. Doors open at 1:30 p.m., and the drawing begins at 3. Admission and refreshments are $5. Extra sheets are $3 or four for $10.

St. Nicholas School, 762 Fifth St., Struthers, will sponsor a quarter auction Saturday in the Great Hall. Doors will open at 5:15 p.m., and the auction will begin at 6. BINGO/CARD PARTIES

Sts. Peter and Paul Orthodox Center, 1025 N. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown, is hosting a Mega-Super Bingo on Sunday. Doors open at noon; doors for advance ticket holders open at 11:30 a.m. Games begin at 2 p.m. A sandwich and dessert are included. There will be a 50-50 raffle. Total payout will be $6,000; 10 pattern games will be $500 each; and one jackpot overall, $1,000. Tickets are $40 and are available at 330-533-6862. All payouts are based on at least 150 attending.

CRAFT SHOWS

Brookfield United Methodist Church will host its ninth craft and vendor show from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. There will be vendors, a basket auction, hot foods, sweet treats and face painting. A ticket raffle for a $300 gift card tree will cost $5 per ticket. Only 200 tickets will be available and may be purchased in advance. The drawing will be at 1 p.m. Admission is $2 or donate a pair of gloves, a hat or a scarf. All of the proceeds from admission go to Mount Olive Food Pantry in Masury. Howland Community Church, 198 Niles-Cortland Road (Route 46, one-fourth mile north of Route 82), Warren, is hosting a “Helping Hands Craft Show” from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Food will be served. A $2 donation is requested; no charge for children under 12. For information call 330-856-3628.

Niles S.C.O.P.E. Senior Center, 14 E. State St., is hosting a craft show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Vendors are welcome, and tables are $10 each. Handmade craft items will be for sale by the center’s quilting group. A handmade quilt will be raffled. Lunch will be available. Youngstown Saxon Club, Branch 22, 710 S. Meridian Road, Austintown, is looking for crafters and vendors for its sixth annual craft show, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Boardman High School National Honor Society is hosting its annual bin sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the high school. Sell your antiques, electronics, clothes and more in a 5-by-5-foot space for $5, or purchase multiple spaces; proceeds go to Boardman NHS. Profits from the items you sell are yours. November specials are pull a ticket and get 25, 30 or 50 percent off entire purchase. Fur coats and holiday wear are 20 percent off.

Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Center, 4500 Norquest Blvd., Austintown, will have a rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday. There will be miscellaneous items, clothing and books, a basket auction and mini bake sale. On Saturday, all remaining items will be priced half off.

Western Reserve United Methodist Church, 4580 Canfield Road, Canfield, west of Cornersburg, is hosting a Christmas decoration sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 19. Gently used decorations, lights, trees, mantle and table decorations, ornaments and musical ornaments will be available. Doughnuts, coffee, tea, pop, sloppy joes, hot dogs, chips and other food items will be available.
