A prosecutor says two men accused in a shooting that left a 2-year-old girl dead and her parents injured in Ohio have been indicted on charges including aggravated murder.

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien says 51-year-old Norman Burke and 22-year-old Jaquon Poindexter were indicted Friday on the charges that also include murder, attempted murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and felonious assault.

The prosecutor says the suspects entered 2-year-old Amiyah Bice’s Columbus home Oct. 25 and robbed her parents. O’Brien says the child was killed and her parents were wounded in the resulting shootout.
