Youngstown Lions Club welcomes new member

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Lions Club Ohio District 4 Governor Betty Robbins inducted Chris Allen of Vallourec Star as the club’s newest member during the club’s weekly meeting on Oct. 20 at the downtown YMCA. Allen was sponsored by Heather Belgin of Youngstown State University Alumni Engagement. Those attending the ceremony were Robbins, left, Allen, Belgin, and Kyle Miasek, Youngstown Lions Club president.
