Varsity boys tennis coaching position open
The following coaching position is open at Poland Seminary High School for the 2017 school year: varsity boys tennis coach. The criteria for the position includes varsity coaching experience recommended, successful head varsity tennis coaching experience preferred; demonstrates tremendous leadership qualities and understands the significance of being a role model for young people; and possessing a valid pupil activity permit. Mattress fundraiser
Poland High School athletics will be hosting its annual Mattress Fundraiser on Nov. 12 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. The cafeteria will transform into a 20 or more bed showroom filled with all sizes and styles. Name brands like Simmons Beautyrest are available for up to 50 percent off retail prices. Watch for area yard signs and for the few lucky children who get to wear the “mattress suit” while promoting the sale to passersby.
