3 city patrolmen promoted to detective sergeant

YOUNGSTOWN — Three officers today were promoted from patrolman to detective sergeant.

The three are Mike Marciano and Michael Cox, who both patrol beats during the day; and Jerry Fuller, who patrols a beat on midnight turn.

The three were sworn in by Mayor John McNally following a short ceremony in council chambers.
