Baird Brothers scored four runs in the top of the eighth inning to defeat the Astro Falcons. Brandon Fleeger picked up the win for Baird, tossing seven strong innings and yielding only two runs (one earned) on three hits. Luciano Cardillo had two hits including a double while Hayden Sherwood slugged a two-run home run.

Dakota Bingham picked up the win for Astro, allowing just one hit in 4 2/3 scoreless innings while striking out five. Dominic Stilliana had three hits, including two doubles, for Astro, while Alex Cardona slugged two hits and three RBIs. Sebastian Lay had the lone hit for Creekside.

SBA Aces 9, Baird Brothers 6

The SBA Aces scored five times in the top of the seventh inning. Max Siguenza picked up the win for the Aces in relief. Ian Lu led the Aces with three hits and a run scored, while Josh Baum had two hits and Julian Medina hit an RBI single in the contest. Brandon Youngs led Baird with three hits, including a triple, two runs scored and one RBI.

Michael Domanick was the winning pitcher, giving up one hit and striking out 15. Mike Soots led the Avalanche offense with two hits and one RBI. Aaron Williams tripled and Holden Martin had a hit and scored the only run. Mike Jones took the loss for Roth while only giving up one run on four hits while striking out eight. Aaron Woodberry had the only hit for Roth.

Michael McDonough was the winning pitcher, giving up one hit in six innings, with 11 strikeouts and no runs. Matt Gibson’s two hits included a triple. Noah Laster had two hits and a run while Jacob Bonner had a hit, run and RBI. For Baird, Danny Williams doubled with two RBIs and Mark Engel had a hit.

DuraEdge 5, Southside Recycling 2

Eric Ostrowski pitched six innings giving up six hits and two runs while striking out three. Zach Senchak had two hits and a run for DuraEdge, while Andy Sodergren had a double, two RBIs and a run, and Matt Dayton had a hit and RBI. For Southside, Jacob Rudzik had two hits including a triple. Anthony Potesta, Logan Pullin, Alex Wollet and Logan Dawson each had a hit.

Antonio Viviano tossed two innings for Creekside to earn the win giving up two earned runs and four hits while striking out three. He also contributed two hits including a double, one run and four RBIs. Noah Suarez had three hits including a double, three RBIs and two runs. Eric Sapp had three hits including a triple, three runs and two RBIs. Bryce Richey had two doubles, three runs and three RBIs for Creekside. For Roby Lees, Kamron Kosco had two hits, one run and an RBI while Jared Lee, Anthony Tedrow, and Dylan McAvoy all had a hit, run and RBI.

Knightline Embroidery 15, SBA Aces 2

Tim Herberger led the way with three hits, JT Wolke and Jake Kaschak also had two hits each for Knightline. Four Knightline pitchers combined for 10 strikeouts. For the Aces, Gino Dimonico had a triple and Colton Stoneman had two hits.

Andy Sodergren tossed six innings giving up no runs and three hits while striking out two. Kyle Shingledecker had three hits and two runs. Ben McKnight had two hits including a triple, a run and RBI, and Ryan Cheslick had three hits and a run for DuraEdge. Mark Herron, Kam Kosco and Geno Barricella each had a hit for Roby Lees.

Tyler DeShields tossed a complete game shutout giving up three hits while striking out three. Lake Sankey had three hits including a triple and three RBIs. John Medvec, Chris Gerberry and Damien Coleman each had a hit for Roth.
