Emily Frank to be bride of Brandon Rader

James and Melissa Frank and David and Colleen Rader are announcing the engagement of their children, Emily Frank and Brandon Rader. All reside in Boardman.

St. Charles Church will be the location of the July 2 marriage ceremony which will take place at 1:30 p.m. An evening reception will be at Holiday Inn. Invitations will be issued for both events.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Youngstown State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in special education. She is studying at Arizona State University online for a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction autism spectrum disorders. She also is a special education teacher at Struthers Middle School.

The prospective groom is a pilot with the rank of captain for the U.S. Air National Guard. He received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Ohio State University.
