Tiffany Conner, Matthew Balco to be married

Robert and Barbara Conner of Austintown are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Conner, and Matthew Balco, both of Center Township, Pa.

The mother of the future groom is Michele Balco of Hopewell, Pa.

The couple is planning a private ceremony for 4:30 p.m. Aug. 27 at Shakespeare’s in Ellwood City, Pa., with a reception to follow.

Miss Conner graduated from Western School of Health and Business with a degree in ultrasound, and is an ultrasound technologist at Heritage Valley Health Systems in Sewickley, Pa.

Mr. Balco graduated from Rosedale Technical Institute with a degree in electrical, and is employed as an assembler by Masebach Manufacturing in Bridgeville, Pa.
