Mail carrier honored for 50 years of service

BOARDMAN — Mail carrier Cecil Thomas was honored by the staff of the Youngstown Boardman Branch Post Office for his 50 years of service this morning.

Thomas has worked for the U.S. Postal Service for half a century following his service in the Army. He said his greatest motivation has been to provide for his family.

Thomas told those gathered he was honored by the ceremony.
