Golf outing to benefit Mobile Meals

The 11th annual Jim Economos Memorial Golf Outing to benefit Trumbull Mobile Meals Inc. will feature registration at 9 a.m. and shotgun start at 10 on June 17 at Riverview Golf Course, 3903 Route 82.

All golfers will receive morning snacks, lunch and a steak dinner by the Saratoga Restaurant.

A golfer who obtains a hole-in-one on hole 18 will win a two-year lease on a 2016 Honda Civic LX courtesy of Apostolakis Honda Mazda. Other door prizes, skill prizes, team prizes and favors will be awarded.

Sponsorship opportunities are available at the following levels: grand, $1,500; major, $1,000; lunch, $500; beverage, $250; door prize, $250; golf favors, $250; hole-in-one, $250; and hole, $100.

For information, sponsorship forms or player registration forms, call Trumbull Mobile Meals at 330-394-2538 and ask for Betty or Michelle. Participation is open to the first 36 paid teams. Registration is $80 per golfer. Mulligans are $5 each, and team skins are $20 per foursome.

Non-golfers are welcome to attend the dinner after the competition at a cost of $25 per person.
