YMCA will celebrate Senior Health/Fitness

The Davis Family YMCA will host National Senior Health & Fitness Day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Boardman facility, 45 McClurg Road. Activities will take place inside and outside the building.

There will be health screenings, local vendors, fitness assessments, walking club, water fitness and fitness demonstrations. Complimentary coffee and healthy snacks will be provided.

Guests are welcome to tour the facility. Parking is free and includes handicap spaces.
