Graziano qualifiers for Greatest Golfer finals

HUBBARD — Anthony Graziano qualified for the boys 17-U championship in the second round of the Flynn Automotive Group Juniors Greatest Golfer of the Valley tournament Sunday at Pine Lakes Golf Club.

Graziano, a junior at Girard High, shot a 77 — as did Joey Vitali, a freshman at Howland.

However, Graziano earned the tie-breaker by winning a card playoffe. He shot par on hole No. 8, while Vitali bogeyed.

Brian Terlesky placed first by shooting a 72, but since he won the opening round at Squaw Creek, the qualifying spot went to Graziano.

In the girls 17-U division, Jenna Vivo shot an 80 to finish first and qualify for the championship. Also, Justin Atkinson won the boys 14-U with an 82, while Jayne Bernard won the girls 14-U with a 103.
