CANFIELD

John and Fran Pallante of Canfield are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Danielle Pallante, and Jeremy Hamed, both of Columbus.

The prospective groom’s parents are Michael and Linda Hamed of New Castle, Pa.

St. Christine Church in Youngstown will be the location of the couple’s wedding at 2 p.m. Sept. 24. An evening reception will follow at The Lake Club in Poland. Invitations will be extended for both events.

The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising. She is employed by Skechers, Manhattan Beach, Calif., as a visual merchandising and field-marketing coordinator.

The future groom earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of South Florida. He is employed as a store leader for Giant Eagle in Dublin, Ohio.
