31 students graduate from Mahoning County High School

YOUNGSTOWN — Thirty-one students graduated this afternoon from Mahoning County High School.

Jerrell Shorter, one of the graduates, told the crowd assembled inside the east side of school, that education was not an easy road for him.

"I didn't even have an [individualized education program] until I was in 10th grade," he said.

But he said the teachers at Mahoning County High School helped him to learn and to graduate, Shorter said.
