UPDATE | Police find missing 3-year-old on East Side

YOUNGSTOWN — Police have found a 3-year-old boy reported missing in the 100 block of Ayers Street.

Police said he was found stuck on a nearby porch.

Neighbors had called 911 just before 12 p.m. and said they heard a young boy screaming and then he was gone.
