GROUPS
Friends of the Mahoning River will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Oak Hill Collaborative, 507 Oak Hill, Youngstown. Parking is in the rear of the building. Plans for the fifth annual RiverFest set for June 4 at the B & O Station in Youngstown will be discussed. All are welcome who share the mission of advocating the quality of the Mahoning River. That Quilt Group I Belong To will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Fair Park in Canfield for an afternoon of sewing. Dinner will follow at 5. World War II Heritage Group will meet Monday at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. Marty Greggo, a long term member, will speak about prisoners of war that were held in the United States.
