ADI Chicago/Youngstown flights delayed again

VIENNA — Aerodynamics Inc. announced today that the inauguration of service on its new Youngstown to Chicago O’Hare route has been delayed until Friday, July 1, 2016.

This announcement comes after the U.S. Department of Transportation recently requested more information from the airline to prove it is financially fit to operate the scheduled service.

ADI said the delay will provide additional time for the DOT to grant its final approval for ADI’s Schedule Domestic Service Authority.

ADI successfully completed its required “Proving Runs” with the Federal Aviation Administration.

This is the second delay for the service that was initially scheduled to start up June 1.
