City police gather for annual awards luncheon

YOUNGSTOWN — Members of the city police department are gathering at Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Social Hall for the department's annual awards luncheon.

Officers will be receiving awards in six different categories and a civilian is also being honored.

Five officers are being awarded the Lifesaving Award for saving someone's life.
