Fundraiser Sunday will help cats

TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) of Warren and Cats Are People Too will sponsor a fundraiser from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Packard Park Shelter House, 1703 Mahoning Avenue NW.

The event will include a book sale, lottery board, basket auction and gift-card raffle.
