Warren man charged in Girard with DUI

A man will be arraigned today in Girard Municipal Court on a charge of driving under the influence.

An officer stopped Peter Tedde, 25, of Warren about 1:45 a.m. Sunday near Henry and North Main Streets after observing him vomiting out the window of a moving car.

Police reported that Tedde, who smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech, declined medical attention. Tedde also declined to perform field sobriety tests or submit a blood alcohol content test.
