Lordstown GM plant manager heads to Michigan

LORDSTOWN — The General Motors Lordstown Assembly Plant is getting a new plant manager.

Steve Notar Donato, current plant manager, has been transferred to the GM Grand River Assembly Plant in Lansing, Mich.

Rick Demuynck, the former assistant plant manager at Lordstown from 2008 to 2013, will be the new plant manager.

He went on to be a plant manager for a GM plant in Wyoming, Mich.

Donato came to Lordstown in August 2014.
