PODIATRY
Northeast Ohio Foot, Ankle & Wound Center Inc., 8588 E. Market St., Howland, and 7264 Warren-Sharon Road, Brookfield, now has a certified podiatric medical assistant on staff at its Howland office.
Rachel Penick has worked as a medical assistant for podiatrist Dr. James LaPolla Jr. at Northeast Ohio Foot, Ankle & Wound Center Inc. since 2006.
In March, Penick received her CPMA from the American Society of Podiatric Medical Assistants, qualifying her to assist Dr. LaPolla in seeing podiatric patients.
BANKING
Huntington Bank holds the top spot for customer satisfaction within the North Central Region for the fourth-consecutive year, according to the 2016 J.D. Power U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study. Huntington outperformed its closest North Central Region competitor by 18 points and received the highest score in the region for facility, account information, fees and channel activities.
TRUCKS
Aim NationaLease, the largest privately held truck leasing company in the U.S., has changed its sales leadership team.
Matt Svancara, a formal regional vice president of sales, has been promoted to executive vice president of sales and marketing. In this position, Svancara leads Aim NationaLease’s development of business and oversees the nationwide sales staff.
The region Svancara formerly managed, which encompasses much of the Midwest, was broken into two regions after his promotion. Tim Hanley will cover Chicago, and Steve Iskander will cover Indianapolis. Both were promoted to regional sales managers and charged with overseeing business development in these newly created regions.

Shapes Unlimited Inc. recently appointed Steve Gruver as president, effective May 1.
Before joining Shapes, Gruver spent 27 years at Orchid International.
As the founder and co-chief executive officer of Orchid, Gruver established and brought to fruition a world-class supply company of engineered metal products, automotive assemblies and electric-motor technology, serving the automotive industry.
Shapes Unlimited Inc. was founded in 1996 and remains family owned.
As an original stocking distributor of custom aluminum extrusions for the vinyl-window industry, Shapes now serves multiple markets, with a focus on ornamental fences.
