The following were indicted Thursday by the Mahoning County grand jury:
Paul Hartman, 34, of Leake Street, East Palestine, two counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug.
Cory Davner, 25, of Bears Den Road, cocaine possession with a forfeiture specification.
Mathue A. O’Malley, 18, of Tremble Avenue, Campbell, aggravated arson and obstructing official business.
Dwayne Pompey, 33, of Cedar Street, assault and resisting arrest.
Dakota Olinger, 21, of Ellwood City, Pa., cocaine and heroin possession and falsification.
Michael G.P. Johnson, 37, of Tod Lane, two counts of felonious assault.
Gary C. Kelley III, 29, of Hermitage, Pa., receiving stolen property.
Robert Matthews Jr., 44, of Westwood Drive, Austintown, receiving stolen property and failure to comply with a police order.
Dino Catlin, 28, of Cleveland, possession of heroin and a drug-abuse instrument.
Dwaylon A. Gibbs, 25, of Palmer Avenue, marijuana possession and trafficking.
Jeffrey Graffius, 37, of West Main Street, Washingtonville, heroin possession.
Joseph H. Hakala, 22, of Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, aggravated drug possession and theft.
Trocola C. Johnson, 39, of Cohasset Drive, cocaine possession.
Kenneth Johnson, 29, of Outlook Avenue, marijuana trafficking with a forfeiture specification and tampering with evidence.
James Nicholson, 33, of Taft Avenue or West Midlothian Boulevard, burglary.
James Thomas, 55, of Timberbrook Drive, Canfield, two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence.
Nelson Franklin, 40, of Sherwood Avenue, heroin possession.
Kayla L. Kusky, 22, of Struthers-Liberty Road, Campbell, theft.
The grand jury declined to indict Eric Thompson, 21, of Park Avenue, on a felonious-assault charge.
