City schools join treasurer's online checkbook program

YOUNGSTOWN — Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel announced this morning the start of the Youngstown City School District online checkbook on OhioCheckbook.com.

The announcement came at City Machine Technologies where Mandel was joined by school district Treasurer Sherry Tyson and James Reinhard, former schools treasurer.

OhioCheckbook.com puts "$500 billion in spending online," Mandel said.
