Youngstown SCORE offers classes in food businesses

The Youngstown SCORE Chapter will continue with the project “Cultivate Your Food Business at Farmers’ Markets” by offering a three-session class on record-keeping, measuring, profits and taxes from 6:30 to 8 p.m. May 17, 24 and 31 at the Oak Hill Collaborative, 507 Oak Hill Ave.

Handouts will be provided to participants.

SCORE is the volunteer partner of the Small Business Administration. Its volunteers provide free mentoring services and workshops on small-business-related topics.

This project is in partnership with the Howland Farmers Market, Northside Farmers Market, Common Wealth Kitchen Incubator, Magic Tree Pub & Eatery, Leetonia Public Library and the Oak Hill Collaborative.
