• East High School January and June Classes of 1949 will meet at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Johnny’s.

• Hartford-Badger Alumni Association will host its 129th annual Alumni Banquet at 6 p.m. May 7 at Sharpsville VFW Post 6404, 215 Walnut St. Ext., Sharpsville, Pa. • Niles McKinley High School Class of 1981 will celebrate its 35th class reunion Nov. 26 at Leo’s Ristorante in Howland. • Ohio State University Alumni Club of Columbiana County will host a spring banquet May 19 at the Salem Golf Club. Guest speaker will be Dr. Bruce A. McPheron, OSU interim executive vice president and provost. McPheron was previously vice president for agricultural administration and dean of the College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. The event will begin with a 5:30 p.m. reception and dinner will be served at 6:30. There will be a silent auction of sports memorabilia. Alumni, students, prospective students and friends of OSU are invited to attend. Tickets are $30 for adults and $20 for students. For reservations call 330-337-9529.
