UPDATE | All lanes, ramps on U.S. Route 62 and Interstate 80 in Hubbard open

HUBBARD — The Ohio State Highway Patrol says alcohol was a factor in a rollover crash Thursday at U.S. Route 62 near Interstate 80 in Hubbard Township.

Troopers cited semi-truck driver Adam Plaxco, 36, of Warren, Mich., for driving under the influence and failure to control a vehicle.

Plaxco was leaving Truck World truck stop when he hit a utility pole, according to the patrol.

No injuries were reported from the crash.

As of late this morning, Ohio Edison was working to repair the utility pole, the patrol said. All ramps at the U.S. Route 62 and I-80 interchange have since reopened.
