Seventh annual Have A Heart Ella Rose Solak 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament — will take place at Lowellville High School on April 9 beginning at 9 a.m. Age divisions range from fourth grade through adult including both male and female brackets. GOLF

Packard Electric Ladies Golf League — membership signup date for 2016 is April 26. League play begins May16 at Tamer Win and May17 at Vienna Short Holes. The cost is $26 to join one division or $28 to join both divisions. Mail a check by April 26 made payable to: The Packard Electric Ladies Golf League to: Carol Calhoun, 1000 Janet Drive N.E., Warren, Ohio 44481. Include phone number, address and what divisions you are playing with your check. Dues must be paid prior to the start of league play to participate and for scores to count toward the total number of games played for the season and to be eligible for weekly prizes and events. Golfers do not have to be DELPHI Packard Electric or General Motors employees to join. New members must provide their established handicap or establish a handicap to be eligible for weekly events and prizes prior to the start of league play. Tee times for Tamer Win are: 3:06 p.m. to 3:48 p.m. or 5:05 p.m. to 5:33 p.m. Tee times may be adjusted according to the number of new and existing members returning.
