Men found with pills indicted by grand jury

YOUNGSTOWN

A Mahoning County grand jury Thursday indicted three men found in a home last week with more than 3,000 pills inside.

Marqueal Smith, 25, of Oak Hill Avenue, Lewer Dent, 27, of Cook Avenue in Boardman, and Shaquille Williams, 22, of Hilton Avenue, were all indicted.

Smith and Dent were each indicted on second-degree felony counts of possession of drugs because of a large amount of suspected LSD found in the home and also third-degree felony counts of possession of drugs for Tramadol, an opiate-based painkiller.

Williams faces two third-degree felony charges of possession of drugs for the LSD and Tramadol.

Reports said members of the police department’s vice squad and Community Police Unit found 3,415 pills while serving a search warrant investigating drug activity at an Oak Hill Avenue home. Besides the Tramadols, there were other pills in the home that tested positive for being LSD.

Aleasha M. Andrews, 23, Grant Street, Houston, Pa., possession of drugs, possession of marijuana and illegal use or possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Matthew R. Prendergast, 28, East Vermont Street, Sebring, endangering children.

Denise Thurston, aka Denise Metlicka, 30, Loveland Avenue, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and possession of drugs.

Alexander Jimenez, 18, Kendis Circle, aggravated robbery and aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.

Robert J. Mohr, 57, South Union Street, Salem, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

Rosann M. Wilson, 46, Thalia Avenue, burglary, assault and resisting arrest.

Demario Alexander Hoyt, 20, Howard Street, being a felon in possession of a firearm and two counts of possession of heroin with forfeiture specifications.

Molder C. Belden, 38, North Park Avenue, Bristolville, kidnapping, abduction, felonious assault and domestic violence.

Brandon O. Grove, 27, West Harvey Street, Struthers, vandalism and theft.

John R. Groves Jr., 59, North Wendover Circle, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle while impaired.

Brandi M. Sinkfield, 31, state Route 43, Kent, possession of cocaine.

William Slade, 36, East Dewey Avenue, possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification.

Ronald Wolfe, 51, Colwyn Court, Boardman, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Anderson II, Dorris Street, Hubbard, two counts of possession of drugs, assault and resisting arrest with repeat violent-offender specification.

Jessica Kiehl, 30, Park Avenue, East Palestine, possession of heroin, possession of a drug-abuse instrument and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daniel Lincoln, 62, Ridge Avenue, arson.

Antoine Tate, 34, Mercer Street, possession of cocaine, possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and a forfeiture specification.

Jaquez Brown, 23, Volney Road, felonious assault and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Desiree Johnson, 49, West Princeton Avenue, obstructing justice.

Jordan Kennedy, 24, East Marion Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Frederick J. Schulte, 45, Beechwood Drive, Hubbard, eight counts of receiving stolen property, obstructing justice and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

David W. Stinson, 31, Parkgate Avenue, Austintown, eight counts of receiving stolen property, obstructing justice and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
