Driver jailed after police discover 16 open suspensions, pills

YOUNGSTOWN — Police reports said a man who was pulled over Tuesday for running a stop sign has 16 open suspensions on his license and he also had 11 pills.

Anthony C. Warren, 49, of Shadyside Avenue, is in the Mahoning County jail on charges of possession of drugs and driving under suspension.

Warren was pulled over about 6:50 p.m. in the 300 block of East Judson Avenue. Reports said officers found the pills when Warren got out of his car.

Nine of the pills are Oxycodone pills, reports said.
